It starts with a spark, and ends up here :)

A quick review of Sweet Pea a CHEF’S kitchen by Chef Florabel

It is officially the start of my 1 week long termbreak! ^^,

A Mapuan’s life can be such a drag sometimes that you have no choice but to enjoy every moment of your break! And since it was also my birthday, we decided to have our dinner somewhere ‘classier’ that is why my boyfriend and I decided to check out this quaint restaurant named “Sweet Pea A Chef’s Restaurant by Chef Florabel” located at McKinley Hill Venice Piazza to celebrate :)

The place was warm and inviting there were a lot of cool stuff on the wall :D

The iced tea had guyabano juice mixed in :) hindi sya nakakasawa

The waitstaff recommended for us to try Baby back ribs (375php) and Baked mustard Salmon (350php) and so we were polite enough to oblige :) The meat was EXTREMELY tender and juicy. The Salmon was exactly how I wanted it to be, soft, yet a bit tendet but not at all rubbery.

A big slice of caramel cake was what we needed to top everything together. We’ll be back I’m sure :)

Mario Maurer so adorable haha (adik na ako)

Mario Maurer that lead actor who played P’Shone in that adorable Thai Movie “A Crazy little thing called Love” <3

I generaally don’t like green mangoes, pero pag ganito ba naman magbibigay sayo ok na :) i’ll take it!

Because of God I know that I am secured

follow me, everything is alright.: Do not support the RH bill. It is EVIL. >:(

apollonius:

I wish to share some things that I believe will clearly show that this proposed legislation is the work of the evil one who aims to create strongholds that will destroy the family, the basic unit of any society. A summary of the objections against the Bill is as follows:

The Philippines is not overpopulated, only in some places. And one of the few reasons why those places are overpopulated is because the government isn't really paying attention to them- isn't really paying attention to their needs (ie work, homes, hospitals, schools). The population is growing but the resources remains just how it used to be back in the days when it was still a "small community."

20 Billion Pesos?? We don't even have enough hospitals and schools to accommodate and educate Filipinos! How could they waste so much money then cut the budget for education (for example). "What we truly need are classrooms, medical facilities, medicines that will help the ones who are alive, not preventing ones to be born." Thank you for pointing that out. I agree with you.

We need to teach with the Bible. I love my country and I know that God wants us to cooperate with the government, I hope this matter will be settled fairly and be for the betterment of the Filipinos. Let's continue praying! Thank you for sharing. :)

God bless you too!

Exactly :) As youths of our nation, what we can always do is to pray and hope for the best :) God won’t let our great country down.

Oh and for additional info, the Church only disagrees with artificial contraceptives, but natural family planning (like The Calendar Method) is approved so nobody should say that the church doesn’t agree with family planning or planning the spacing the birth of your children.

The bottom line I guess is people have always had the choice to use these things, so I really don’t feel like there’s a need for this bill, it’ll only be another source for corruption which in the end we will (the younger generation) still pay. I don’t want my future children’s taxes and mine as well to pay for such unnecessary thing when in the first place people can readily obtain that with their own money.

This is of course just my own opinion. Growing up in a Christian community and also in a modernizing world, it’s sometimes hard to decide which world to follow. It’s only a matter of which has a heavier pull on you? Is it God, or is it the demands of your society? Coz for me, it’s still God who reigns supreme over everything. What He has designed is perfect.

God bless you always dear :)
